The king-size bed was comfortable, and having an en-suite bathroom added a layer of convenience that enhanced my experience.

I noticed a slight draft near the high windows, which was a minor distraction. it was a small issue compared to the really good quality of the stay.

We had the most very comfortable few days there. Everything was great, excellent service, easy location adjacent to all the shopping centres, a major shopping complex, and Westfield Kotara and Charlestown square.

Some of the staff were a little rude.

I got complimentary double room with nicely finished touches as an upgrade, nice gesture. Had blinds and a telephone in the room, it where just what I needed. The location was convenient and handy, not too far from Charlestown Square Shopping Centre.

We stayed for two nights as a family getaway, and it was a good experience. From the moment we checked in, the staff was welcoming. The room was spotless and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed, a modern bathroom with quality amenities, and a nice kitchenette equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly in the warm weather, and the overall decor felt fresh and updated.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I had a lovely stay! The room was cozy and freshly renovated, creating a peaceful retreat after my travels. The comfy bed and great shower were highlights. Plus, the location was perfect, close to shops and dining. A very good value for the price—definitely worth it!

The room was exceptionally nice and bright and we had a microwave oven, a fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. We had a handy kitchenette too.

I had a business trip stay at Surf Beach Motel, as chosen by my director, and I must say it was a pleasant surprise. The newly renovated rooms are tastefully done with a welcoming and clean atmosphere. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, which made it convenient to prepare simple meals after long workdays. The bed was comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep, crucial for someone who had a challenging 600 km drive ahead of me the next day. The outdoor pool looked inviting; although I didn't get time to use it, it definitely added to the overall appeal of the motel's recreational amenities. The staff were friendly, and the overall experience was quite relaxing, making my business trip so much more enjoyable.

We enjoyed nearby landmarks like Dudley Beach and Glenrock Lagoon, enhancing our family bonding experience. I would definitely recommend this motel for its value and welcoming atmosphere!

I spent 1 night in Newcastle, lovely. the hotel had a central location to the magnificent Charlestown shopping centre. 3. It was really close to the beach, shops, and restaurants.
